Entrepreneurship and Social Entrepreneurship

Kunka Marteva is a youth educator with over 13 years of experience in non-formal education. She has developed and led trainings in Bulgaria and internationally on topics such as communication, leadership, public speaking, career orientation, train-the-trainer programs, and social entrepreneurship.

She is also the co-founder and manager of Things with Soul—a social enterprise providing sustainable employment for people with disabilities. In 2020, the initiative won the grand prize in Nova TV’s The Change competition, standing out among 155 innovative projects.

Noni Christodoulopoulou is 24 years old and currently lives in Athens, Greece. She works for Challedu as an ESC Coordinator and EU Project Manager. She has a Bachelor’s degree in International and European relations. She had her first interaction with Erasmus+ projects and is now fully immersed in this world of interculturality, opportunities and non-formal education. She wants to bring people together, work on her Youth Worker, Facilitator and Project Manager skills. She has experience as a Youth Worker in various NGOs in Greece, Portugal and Germany from 2022 until now, where she worked as a facilitator through organising workshops in the fields of mental health, handicrafts and self-awareness. Her promise for the world is: Never stop learning.

Maria Filipova is a psychologist and youth worker from Bulgaria with broad experience in education, social activities, and personal development. She has supported young people in overcoming trauma, building emotional and social skills, and preparing for independent living. As Deputy Chair of the Educational Community Association in Varna, she coordinates projects, organizes trainings for teachers and parents, and promotes inclusive education. With a background spanning psychology, pedagogy, project management, and marketing, Maria brings a multidisciplinary approach to her work. Her focus is on empowering youth through innovative methods and digital tools, helping them gain confidence and skills for today’s fast-changing world.
