Skills for Success is an online educational platform created to help young people develop essential skills for personal growth, career development, and entrepreneurship. Our mission is to make quality education accessible, practical, and engaging - preparing youth for the real challenges of both their professional and personal lives.

A flexible platform based on non-formal education principles
The platform was developed with two main goals:
• To support in-person trainings by offering extra materials, videos, and self-assessment tests, making it easy for participants to catch up or reinforce what they learned.
• To offer fully self-paced online courses, allowing any young person to gain valuable skills and knowledge, even without attending a live event.

This platform was created as part of the Erasmus+ project “Developing skills for success through blended learning”, in partnership between:
• Orenda Foundation (Bulgaria) – A nonprofit helping youth with education, career choices, and life skills. Our focus includes personal development, active participation of youth and inclusion.
• Challedu (Greece) – A leader in educational innovation, using game-based learning and creative digital tools to support youth, especially those with fewer opportunities. Together, we bring years of experience in non-formal education to create a platform that is both easy-to-use and impactful.
