Improving Working Memory for students is my passion, but what about my own age group…adults.  Or do I dare write “aging adults?”

Just today, a friend used this term while referring to herself.  Does this mean I am an “aging” adult too?

Perhaps…

But age doesn’t matter when it comes to improving your Working Memory…

Blame your Working Memory if:

  • The brain-fog you feel becomes more frequent…
  • Your car keys go missing again…
  • There is an unidentified word on the tip of your tongue…
  • Your slow processing speed won’t get any quicker…
  • Your memory isn’t what it used to be…

If you can relate to any of these symptoms…You might want to consider Working Memory Training…your working memory will thank you!
